Hello My Loyal Readers!!! I know I have been absent from this site but all in great cause!! I have  been extremely focused on creating an amazing website for all of you to indulge. I now have a new BLOG layout and am very proud to introduce it to you! I have been working very hard to execute my vision and I am thankful that you all have been experiencing this journey with me. I created this blog to document my fashion voyage and Wow have I progressed tremendously!! Hello Everyone! I have not been updating the blog with any new posts because the website will be launching very soon. On the website a new updated design on the blog will be presented. I am extremely excited as I know you all will love  it very much. I am delighted to have you all experience my Egotistic journey. It has been quite an adventure. When I think of the Epitome of my brand,.,.Women like Rihanna, Madonna, JLO,Halle Berry, Beyonce all ring a bell as I see my pieces on them in the FutuRe but when I think of a woman who effortlessly is Egotistic and who I would even love to have as a face of the brand (hey u gotta dream BIG) I fucking think of JANET!!!!

Nicki Minaj is such a cute girl. Her smile is even more radiant. However she does not always seem cute with the gimmick of clothes she often wears. I was just explaining to one of my girlfriends that I would love to see her in more sophisticated clothing that exudes Fashion! I guess the Fashion Gods heard my cry as she is featured looking like a true Barbie and not the ones the little girls don’t want to play with.

Hi Guys!Guess what?!? The website is almost done,.,. YAYY!! That means an updated blog lay out of PURE EGOTISM!! Once completed I will have my own Egotistic Template of original images and background detail. I am EXTREMELY excited about that!! If you’ve been entertained and inspired but what you have seen since January 2009 then you will be compelled to stay updated with the new site andddd you can SHOP the Egotistic Collection!!! You always hear me speak about the brand and post images of  unique jewelry, denim and tees but now you can entice your body and add the pieces to your wardrobe.

Please forgive me for the lack of content and updates but I promise it will be worth the absence. I am in full Egotistic Evolution and I’m happy to have you ALL on my journey! I have been working hard to meet the deadline of the website along with photo shoots and promotional events. Last weekend one of the besties came into town and I knew it was going to be an adventurous weekend as it had been almost a year since we had seen each other. Guess that’s what happens when your life is thrown into building your careers. Last Thursday started off with us attending designer Natt Taylors “Fashion at Five” premiere of her Destini Brand at the Mansion at Rosewood Hotel In Buckhead.

After viewing Natt’s Collection and having a cocktail we decided to head over to Houston’s Restaurant for dinner. There I got a chance to meet Dorian’s new boyfriend and its always a blast to see the interaction. While I crunched on my Chicken Caesar salad it was brought to my attention that they were going to Jill Scott’s concert. I instantly caught a fit like a child because they also proceeded to say that singer Anthony Hamilton would be opening the show. WTF do these two African American’s not know that Anthony Hamilton is my favorite singer in the world. Now I love me some Beyonce but Anythony gets to the soul. So I almost started crying and wanted to leave dinner but forgot I am 29 lol .

Needless to say after dinner another friend and I proceeded to Crystles Boutique on Piedmont for JLamar’s premiere of his SHY TIE brand in which I will be doing a separate post on his elegant yet trendy ties.

After the event I called it a night and went home to complete orders for my brand. The next morning I get a phone call from my LuX (the bff who is in town for the weekend) and asked me if I wanted to go to the concert as they got me a seat at their table. I almost dropped the phone LOL Its not hard getting tickets to a concert but its hard getting great seats last minute especially not knowing the concert existed to begin with. That night we headed to Chastain Park in Atlanta to walk a mile to our table, where crab cakes, wine, potato salad, bbq wings, and grilled asparagus topped with candle in the middle of the table awaited us. We almost missed Anythony Hamilton and I managed to see 20 minutes of him perform and was literally a kid in the park with all smiles.

After he performed Dougie Fresh came on and hyped the crowd up. He was unbelievable. I cannot believe that man is almost old enough to be my father and looked so amazing. He still had the energy! Once he gave us a sneak intermission the lovely Jill Scott graced the stage. When I tell you this woman totally threw everyone in the crowd with her presence she totally threw us for a surprise with her presence 🙂 She looked absolutely AMAZING and KILLED ITTTTTT!!!!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND EVERYONE GET THE JILL SCOTT EXPERIENCE! #PHENOMENAL

Today images of Cassie posting twit pics were over the blogs and the others had nothing on the image she posted of her LiViNg RooM. Its sooooo Egotistic. I love it! Her CiTy View is Marvelous.

Last Sunday I had the wonderful opportunity to premier some of my Fall items at Nina Chanel Boutique that will be on the website and these ladies were not Digital Girls they were Egotistic Chics in the flesh.

Last Monday the homeys hit me and said we should hit up Club Reign in celebration of Alex Gidewon’s Bday Party. Alex is known in Atlanta to host some amazing parties I mean AG Entertainment is a household name for the nightlife. Im picky about where and when I go out and because this was a Black Tie Affair I was down for the cause. Club Reign is one of Alex’s new spots that he owns which took over where Velvet Room was located on Peachtree Street in Atlanta. I use to kill Velvet Room back in the day fresh out of high school and was excited to see how he transformed this spot because even then it had elegance.  There are two parts to Club Reign. There is the Dubai Room in which we partied that has more sophistication and class to it being it has more of a lounge vibe. The other part is more funky and gives a Studio 54 feel. When your an Egotistic Chic you can bounce back in forth to both and thats what we did.
